We are hiring…
… a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to drive the growth of our business by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new opportunities.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing and sales to build relationships with key decision-makers, manage sales opportunities, and support the sales process from start to finish.
Your ability to understand clients’ needs, communicate solutions effectively, and maintain meaningful connections will be critical to success.

What you get to do in this role
✔️ Research, identify, and prioritize key accounts for prospecting efforts and generating new business opportunities
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute targeted demand generation campaigns
✔️ Follow up on marketing-generated leads and qualify them as potential sales opportunities
✔️ Acquire, update, and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system
✔️ Build new business relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
✔️ Manage sales opportunities and foster business relationships with influential stakeholders in accounts
✔️ Be open to travel to meet with prospects and clients
✔️ Attend networking and industry events
✔️ Understand clients’ business drivers, challenges, and goals, and demonstrate how Groundfog’s solutions address their pain points
✔️ Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

Your profile

🎯 strong track record of success in telesales, lead qualification, or new business development
🎯 Relevant sales experience in the software industry, ideally in custom software development.
🎯 Proven success in selling enterprise-level solutions through phone and video conferencing
🎯 Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in English and German
🎯 Ability to deliver compelling presentations, both virtually and in-person
🎯 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams
