Groundfog culture
As a boutique agency, we combine deep specialist expertise with a lean and agile way of working. Headquartered in Dresden, our team brings together more than 50 experts across Europe. While Groundfog was founded in 2021, our collaboration goes back much further: many of our senior specialists have worked together for more than 20 years, building a shared foundation of expertise, trust and a common way of solving complex engineering challenges.
Work revolution
We organize our expertise through Holacracy. Rather than focusing on traditional hierarchies, this system is designed to empower our people. It provides individuals with the clear structure, tools and ability they need to work efficiently and purposefully. By distributing responsibility directly to where the actual expertise lies, we remove bottlenecks and enable our team to focus entirely on engineering the best possible solutions.
This also keeps our most experienced people close to the work. Senior specialists are involved throughout every project, bringing their experience directly into the decisions that shape each solution. It means we can respond quickly when requirements change, make decisions with confidence and maintain a high level of quality from the first idea to the final implementation.
